A documentary featuring Sanpete artists, artisans and war veterans will air on KJZZ TV, Channel 14, on Sunday, Dec. 28 at noon.
The documentary, funded through the Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area, will consist of a series of interviews that were individually aired on the station in 15-minute briefs throughout last fall.
The documentary will feature Larry Nielson, barn wood artist; Dale Peel’s pioneer furniture store in Mt. Pleasant; the Ephraim Co-op; various Spring City artists; Don Walker, custom boot maker; “Big Daddy” Ed Roth, creator of the Rat Fink cartoon character; a Snow College museum exhibit featuring a World War II veteran; the sheep industry in Sanpete as photographed by Peter Doss, and more.
